Author tours are unique journeys designed by experienced guides and travelers. They include exclusive routes, personal escort by the tour author, and deep immersion in the culture and traditions of the places visited.
To book a tour, select the tour you're interested in from the catalog, click on the tour card, and fill out the booking form on the right with your name, phone, and email. After submitting the form, a manager will contact you to confirm the booking.
We accept payment by bank cards (Visa, Mastercard), e-wallets, and bank transfer. Partial prepayment or full tour payment is possible. Payment details are clarified during booking.
Yes, you can cancel your booking. Cancellation conditions depend on the tour and time before the trip. Cancellation 30+ days before returns 100% of the cost, 14-29 days - 50%, less than 14 days - no refund. Detailed conditions are specified in the contract.
Visa requirements depend on the tour destination. Each tour description indicates whether a visa is required, and we can help with its processing. For some destinations, no visa is required for Kazakhstan citizens.
